I have worked at Woodland since 2006. I used to be a chef. It was my passion for sport and fitness which made me change my career path.

I specialise in Group classes, such as Kick Punch and Crunch Bootcamp and Group Cycle. I love the fitness industry and love to see people achieving their goals on a daily basis.

I have worked in the fitness industry since 2005 and joined the WoodLand team in 2016.

I’m an avid cyclist and regularly embark on long rides around the country. Away from fitness I’m an avid historian, I love films and have a passion for reading.

How I can help you:

I specialise in strength training, injury rehabilitation and weight loss so speak to me if you have any goals you hope to achieve.

My classes are very intense, my goal is to make sure you leave a class feeling exhilarated, and maybe a little exhausted

Hi my name is Liz and I started working at Woodland in 2011. My main areas of interest are sports performance, health and functional training.

Outside of work I play hockey in the National Premier League for Leicester Hockey Club. If I am not playing sport, I am usually watching it!

I also enjoy travelling, visiting and exploring new places.

I’m fully qualified in numerous areas and can help you whatever your health and fitness goals may be. I would have to say though that I specialise in sport specific conditioning. If you are looking to improve a sport then please come and see me.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 8 years now and joined the WoodLand team in 2016.

As a family man with two children I find it very important to squeeze in exercise when I can. Weight training and kettlebell training are both big parts of my training regime.

If you are looking to tone and build muscle I am here to help. I have lifted weights for years and am passionate about sharing all I have learnt over the years.
